Vintage Items – Returns Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Due to the vintage nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns outside this period unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Show no signs of additional wear or damage
  • Include original packaging where reasonably possible

Minor wear consistent with vintage condition is not considered a fault.

How to Request a Return

Before returning an item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos (if the item is faulty or incorrect)

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Address

If your return is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

Returned items must be securely packaged and sent using a tracked shipping service. Until we receive the returned item, responsibility remains with the sender.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If an order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by law

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds apply to the item price only

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited vintage stock. If an exchange is possible, this will be handled on a case-by-case basis after contacting our support team.
